I searched Margarita machine rentals in the Austin area to compare quotes, and was disappointed with the customer service to say the least. Finally, I found Armando and Margarita Man. If you are considering taking your party to the next level, this company really is the best in the area. Not only was it the most affordable option, but the customer service was absolutely priceless. When you are in charge of planning an event, you can't put a price on peace of mind. Armando was an absolute dream to work with. He was so easy to reach, and kept in touch prior to the event, even calling me the day before to check in and confirm our meet time. He arrived 30 minutes before he was asked to be there, with everything set-up before I even arrived. He was so extremely helpful and patient. For pick-up, he also arrived early to make sure take down was prompt. This is truly the best customer service I have received in years. I can't say enough about Armando and his company. Thank you Armando, we can't wait to work with you again!

I highly recommend using Margarita Man Austin for your next function! Armando and his crew are always very friendly and make your experience so great! So many flavors to choose from, they recommended the Frosé Rosé flavor this past weekend and it was such a hit. They are always on time and have machines set up and ready to go as planned! Margarita man is the best! I needed a machine for my small business for Halloween. I was a little worried I'd waited too long to reserve, but they made it happen for me. I got a call back same day and had my reservation taken care of within a couple minutes. When the machine was received I was out and my employee took the delivery. When I set up, I wanted to make sure I was doing everything right, and they totally walked me thru it, super easy. Pick up was on time. Great experience, I will definitely use again.

Armando and the folks at Margarita Man Austin are great! Had them set us up for a Halloween party, Showed up when they said they would, friendly, helpful, lets you return unopened mix. Couldn't recommend them higher.

I searched for a margarita machine for my graduation party and stumbled upon the Margarita Man Austin. We booked it online about 3 months prior and received a call shortly after from Armando confirming everything we needed. We were told to call the day before the event to set up a pick up time. The day before the event Armando actually gave us a call to set up a time to drop off so we didn't have to call after all which was very convenient . He said he would give us a call when he was on his way and showed up right on time. He set everything up for us, provided cups and straws and left an extra mix and showed us how to make the extra mix just in case we did end up using it. The margaritas were a hit and we ended up having to make the extra mix. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely use him again!
