* We prefer that you not use GFI outlets for our machines.
* Heavy gauge extension cords are provided with each rental. Please do not use any other cords. Extension cords provided are typically 25ft and should not exceed 50 feet total length.
* Unauthorized transportation of machine(s) will result in a $500 fine. Please do not attempt to relocate, lift or otherwise move machines.

Helpful Hints
If you have not rented a machine before, you may be surprised to learn that 50-70% of your guests will choose the frozen drinks over beer and wine. This means you can probably get by with providing less beer and wine.
Keep margarita machines in the shade during daytime operation.
Use dedicated 110V, 15 amp circuit for each machine.
Using a cold mix will ensure better output. Ask about chilling techniques with ice.
BAG-A-RITA! Save leftover mix by storing in zipper bags in the freezer for later use.
All beverage mixes provided by The Margarita Man are non-alcoholic. Any alcohol used must be provided by the rental party.

Yes! They're as simple as making iced tea. We mix your first batch and show you how to use the machine.

Our Margarita Man gourmet drink mix will make approximately 60-75 eight-ounce drinks!
Our experience shows that usually, 50-60% of your guests will drink the frozen drinks even if offered a choice of something different.
If more guests are expected, a second machine is strongly recommended. Otherwise, too much demand is put on the one machine and it cannot perform properly. (*Multiple machines are discounted.)
Extra mixes are $25. All mixes are fully refundable if returned unopened.

The first batch takes approximately 2 hours for both chambers. There is no waiting between batches after that, because you add to the drink chamber as you go, preferably before the machine's beverage reaches the low-level indicator line.
The customer provides all the necessary spirits.

Our Policies
We recommend at least two weeks for the summer season and longer for traditional party dates like Halloween, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and the Superbowl.
Extra mix is $25 per bottle. This is refundable if the bottle is unopened.
A $50.00 charge applies to any rental having to be picked up on the same day as delivery.
There will be a $50 charge per machine for cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice. This charge will be applied to your bill at the time of rescheduling.
